Another Big Weekend

As the setup in Rio continues, our teams at home are in Blackpool and Budapest this weekend, taking care of business for Sky Sports' coverage of both the Hungarian Grand Prix and the World Matchplay Darts. Both events have seen unusual weather; a downpour during Qualifying yesterday in Hungary and some actual British summer on the North West coast!

Both events are on your screens today on Sky Sports, as Nico Rosberg leads from Lewis Hamilton on the starting grid in Budapest and Michael van Gerwen and Phil Taylor face off this evening in Blackpool for the final of the World Matchplay.

This represents the first darts event of the 2016 calendar for us, and our lightweight but efficient edit systems powered by Adobe Premiere Pro and EVS IP Link mean that the production team are able to work on their own edit sequences before handing them over to craft editors on site for finishing before transmission.
