The Collectv signs Sky Sports contract

We are proud to announce that we have secured a contract with BSkyB supplying location edit and media management services covering all major Sky Sports’ Darts events from 2014, throughout 2015 and into 2016 in Hamburg, Dublin, Wolverhampton, London (Alexandra Palace), and Blackpool. The contract has scope to include other sporting events on an ad hoc basis. We've been working with Sky to establish a new workflow using EVS IP Director integrated with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, a pioneering workflow in this area of the industry. Also, using Pixstor storage allows editors and the production team to access the same media simultaneously, cutting down significantly on storage costs and transfer times that can be problematic in existing workflows.
