Lights out, and away we go!

After the snowy fun and games of Sochi, we've headed to (much) warmer climes for the start of the 2014 Formula 1 season working for Timeline Television for Sky Sports F1 HD. There have been sweeping changes to the sport this year, which has meant a new set of challenges for broadcasters as they try to keep up with technical developments. Sky's coverage remains unrivalled in terms of technology, access and insight and members of The Collectv have been involved since the beginning in 2012. First up was Melbourne, a great setting for a race with plenty of action, and we've now moved on to the Malaysian Grand Prix, on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. The heat and humidity is a challenge for the drivers, crews and most of our kit. Equatorial conditions and broadcast equipment don't mix!
